A Mini-Mobby Update

Just thought I'd drop in to show you what I've been working on. If you haven't notices by now, you can access the Release Notes at the top-right corner of my blog. There you'll see that I've been working on fixing some small issues picked up by you guys.

I also recently implemented a mob window that pops up when you attack a mob which looks like this:



I'm still going to make lots of changes to it but this should give you an idea of what to expect. I'll probably hide most of the stats from the player (like mob damage) and rather have an ability that allows you to see them.

Remember, the next release (minor) is this Saturday so check back soon!

  2. The square voxels in the window positively look five hundred million times better than the game. Why is the perspective so squished?

    1. The view you see here is just the top down view. In my older posts you can see the other camera angle you can switch to. Ultimately, Voxel Heroes will feature a camera you can zoom and rotate to your heart's content.
